They say when you are on your path, aligned with your truth, the Universe opens the way – THIS I know, is true. No, you don’t lay down and wait for things to fall into your lap, you do your part. You plan your strategy, but you give it enough space to let the unexpected happen, and when the challenges appear, you step aside and remember that these are moments to re-tool for even better solutions. Over and over these experiences occurred for me in this process of building AHKí, each time reinforcing the game plan. THIS is what has kept, and continues to keep me going as I continue to move through this process of peeling away the old and familiar to make way for the new and unknown.
A while back, a friend pointed out to me that “fear is simply the inability to trust you can handle what will happen”. It turns out I have been fortunate enough to experience this first hand. What I mean is, I’ve learned that when some of your worst fears are served up to you on a silver platter, you swallow or choke. You survive or you die. In the simplest of terms, that’s all there is to it. The virtual “what if” suddenly becomes real and there you are – living it. I have had my dose of this on many occasions and so, since I’m still “here”, I’ve leaned a new dimension of the word “trust”. Of course, I’m just skimming the surface, but in a nutshell, I am receiving everything I need to really understand this. The Universe doesn’t just play one side, and it’s up to us how we want to balance the game. Victim or Victor? Looser or Winner? I don’t believe you get to pick your “calling” and just because you heed it’s voice doesn’t necessarily mean it’s going to be easy. But something deep inside of you keeps you on course, even when it sometimes doesn’t make sense. And, when the angels appear with everything you need in that moment, you are reminded… yes, this is exactly right.
